The extrusion die is the key component of pipe forming. Vacuum forming tanks are used for forming and cooling pipes. The vacuum forming water tank is equipped with vacuum system and forming cooling water circulation system, stainless steel box and circulating water spray cooling. The tractor is used to continuously and automatically pull out the cooled and hardened pipes from the machine head, and the speed is adjusted by frequency conversion.
Cutting machine: After being controlled by the travel switch according to the required length, it will automatically cut, and the shelves will be turned over with a delay to realize flow production. The cutting machine uses the fixed-length switch signal as the command to complete the entire cutting process. The cutting process is synchronized with the pipeline operation. The cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drives. The cutting machine is equipped with a vacuum device to suck out and recover the debris generated during the cutting process in time.
The turning action of the turning frame is realized by the air circuit control of the cylinder. There is a limit device on the flip frame.
