The plastic profile production line is a professional production facility for the production of PVC plastic profiles. Qingdao Longchangjie Machinery has introduced large-scale plastic door and window profile equipment developed by absorbing foreign technology. It is equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder, which has the advantages of high degree of automation, stable working performance, large output and high efficiency.

●  This series of equipment is equipped with corresponding main engine, mold and auxiliary machine, which can be used for the production of various specifications of special-shaped materials.

●  Applicable raw materials: PVC, PP, PE, etc. The specially designed screw and barrel ensure high-speed extrusion and excellent plasticizing effect of the equipment.

●  Equipped with three-dimensional electric vacuum cooling water tank. Mechanical height adjustment and lateral adjustment are easy to operate and ensure precise shaping of the product.

●  The cutting device works synchronously with the extruder, and the direct drive device of the saw blade can meet the cutting requirements of various products.

The production line can select parallel (conical) twin-screw extruders of different specifications according to different profiles and molds, and configure corresponding auxiliary equipment such as vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, turning platform and so on. The extrusion volume of the main machine can be selected between 150 kg and 450 kg per hour. The tractor adopts our unique lifting technology, which is stable in work, good in reliability and large in traction. The vacuum setting adopts a special enlarged eddy current cooling system, which is convenient for cooling and setting to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion. The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the traction speed, and all actions are controlled by imported PLC computer, with reasonable design, stable operation, automatic fixed-length cutting, and equipped with a dust recovery device. According to different molds, the setting table can choose 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters and other specifications. Equipped with parallel twin-screw extruder, it is especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiles.
