The MPP/PP pipe extrusion line manufactured by Qingdao Longchangjie Company can produce MPP/PP pipe size range from Ø16 to Ø1200mm.

MPP/PP pipes can be used in power protection systems, internal cold and hot water supply systems, and are also widely used in heating systems.

Our MPP/PP pipe extruders can process different kinds of PO materials: PE, PPR, PERT, PB, PEX-B, etc.

We can offer different MPP/PP pipe extrusion lines: normal or high speed, single or multi-layer.

The complete production line is mainly composed of a single screw extruder, a pipe forming head die, a vacuum sizing box, a spray sizing box, a tractor, a cutting machine, a pipe bracket, etc. The whole line can use a PLC control system to achieve synchronization and automation.
