The plastic sheet machine produced by Qingdao Longchangjie Machinery adopts different screw design and mechanical configuration, which can be applied to produce a variety of plastic sheets. (Such as: PP, PE, PS, PC, PET, EVA, PMMA, etc.). The maximum width of the production board village is 2500mm, and the thickness is 0.40mm-30mm. The special design of the extruder screw and the precise temperature control system ensure good plasticization of the rubber compound and stable extrusion with high output.

Hydraulic quick-change device ensures fast and effective screen changing process. The coat-hanger die head adopts multi-flow channel design, so that the rubber material is evenly distributed over the full width of the die, the die lip gap can be adjusted freely, and the sheet thickness can be adjusted accurately. The three-roll calender adopts flat three-roller, inclined three-roller or vertical three-roller, and the three-roller temperature control is independent of each other according to the characteristics of the rubber material, and the gap can be adjusted freely to ensure the calendering effect.  The cooling guide roller bracket is equipped with corresponding cooling guide rollers, and cooperates with multiple strong vertical fans to make the cooling effect better. It is also equipped with a trimming device to ensure the quality of the edge of the sheet. The high-quality alloy cutting edge of the cutting machine and the imported bearings ensure the quality of the cutting surface of the sheet and the long-term stable cutting action. The pneumatic shearing machine manufactured in combination with the design concept of foreign manufacturers not only saves electricity, has low noise, but also has a cutting accuracy of up to 0.05mm. The winding machine adopts torque motor and four-axis automatic tension control, which can adjust the speed and winding tension at will, so as to achieve the purpose of flat winding of the sheet, and the width of the product can be freely set with the slitting device.
